F# and amateur radio: A match made in heaven

How I used F# and .NET Core to develop a customizable APRS messaging system, for amateur radio communications networks, that runs on a Raspberry Pi and inexpensive radio equipment. I will cover how I used F# to implement the APRS specification and develop a user-defined message format.
